Patrick McGuire joined Western Protective Solutions as Director of Operations for PE in 2024. He has more than fifteen years of experience in heavy industry, with his previous role being Director of Operational Excellence for Astec Industries in their Materials Solutions group. Prior to joining the civilian workforce, Patrick completed a combined twelve years of military service in both the Oregon Army National Guard and United States Navy. He holds both an MS in Finance and an MBA.
